pm walk down the hill to the galbi restaurant, the cloth surrounds taken off the island building that used to be a real estate, crocodile bag store and pork grill. Workmen concreting the steps, smart new brick facade and four small vacant stores - soon be occupied as what? Back into the narrow side detour in front of the island blocked with worker's trucks, stacks of blocks, electrical cables, sand, working detritus, and I had to follow. Then on to the warmth of home, a truncated afternoon walk. Still 0 degrees outside.
